After the deadline, seats are assigned at random. Staff then follow up with applicants about the result.
Guests designated as Supper Club regulars may receive an immediate booking when a dinner has regular seats available.

We use a random draw for public reservation seats. Your written response helps us know you as a guest; it is not scored to decide who is more deserving.
If selected guests cannot attend, we invite people from the randomized waitlist in order.
